Summer Sessions at The Quarry

Summer Sessions at The Quarry More artists have been added by promoters IML Concerts to ‘The Beacon 103.1FM Summer Sessions’ at The Quarry on Friday 9th July.

Howard Jones and Mica Paris join the bill of this unique evening of entertainment featuring some of the biggest names in pop music performing together on one stage in the beautiful outdoor setting of Shrewsbury’s town centre venue.

Headlining the show is Tony Hadley, fresh from the Spandau Ballet world tour, and he will also be joined on stage by multi-million selling artists, Rick Astley, ABC and Go West.

The artists will be playing songs from their massive repertoire of hit records and for the first time on this concert series they will also perform specially chosen duets and collaborations, backed by a fantastic line up of musicians.

Keith Louch, director of IML Concerts, said, “Howard and Mica have been added to the line-up to complete an exciting night of music. We believe this is the best mix of classic artists we have presented so far and are looking forward to another big show at The Quarry.”

Gates open at 6pm with the artists on stage from 7.30pm. There’s even a grand firework finale to round off what promises to be a magical night out at one of the County’s most attractive settings.
