Easter Family Fun Trails will be taking place from 29 March to 14 April at Stokesay Castle and Wroxeter Roman City.
"The Easter holidays are usually the first time of the year most us have the time to get out and start enjoying the better weather. Our Easter trails are a great way families can enjoy some fresh air and exploring some of Britain’s best historic ruins together," says Heidi Briggs, marketing manager for English Heritage in the West Midlands. "With a delicious chocolate treat awaiting all those who can complete the trail, what better way is there to celebrate in stunning historic surroundings?"
The trails run daily at each site from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Local admission charges will apply but English Heritage members will get in free.
Easter marks the start of English Heritage’s 2013 event season and the resumption of daily opening at many of the sites throughout the country.
