The property will be open between 11:30am and 5pm when visitors will get the chance to explore the gardens as they come back to life after winter and be the first to visit the new contemporary art installation ‘Hidden Voices’ in the Galleries.
Visitor Experience and Conservation Manager, Tessa Lovell said “We always look forward to our first day of opening and, being Mothering Sunday, we are celebrating even more this year. We have been working hard during winter to invigorate Dudmaston and there are exciting new works to see; from the new installation that brings to life former workers on the estate to the clearance work in the Dingle and garden to reveal previously hidden views. Mums have not been forgotten on this special day so we have crafts for the children to make mum as a present and a shop newly stocked with the latest gifts. Our tearoom will be offering tasty treats to make sure mum is completely spoilt.”
