This year marks 175 years of business for Tanners, in light of such we are running a rather unique and event, Tanners 175th Anniversary Dinner. Guests will arrive to a Champagne reception here in our historic Cellars, then it’s a short walk up Wyle Cop to the suitably distinctive Lion Hotel for a three course dinner with wine. Like all good birthday bashes we have an accoutrement to the evening, actor David Bark-Jones and wine industry character Charlie Womersley will entertain us all with a wine ‘Call my Bluff’, with your host James Tanner roped into the panel of expert bluffers it’s a night of good food, eclectic wines and good humour.
