Each sleeps two people, has superb views of the Shropshire hills, its own outside space, including patio with table and chairs, use of wners garden and is equipped and furnished to the highest standards. Each cottage is available to rent for holidays and short breaks all year round.
Given their picturesque country location, the cottages are an ideal base for walking, horse riding and cycling breaks. They are also ideal for exploring the Shropshire countryside, being very centrally located within Shrophire, making excursions to the Medieval County Town of Shrewsbury, Church Stretton, the Long Mynd (renowned for great walks), Ludlow, Wenlock Edge, Acton Burnell Castle, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge, Offer's Dyke and the Welsh Marches, very easy.
There are a selection of events in Shropshire, most popular are the Shropshire Agricultural County Show in May, The Flower Show in August, The Steam Rally in August plus a variety of events all through the year, more details will be found in the cottages.
The cottages include the following facilities
Cottage No.1 - double bed, bathroom comprising of: bath with shower, wash basin, WC and bidet, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Cottage No.2 - twin beds (can be zipped up and made into a KING SIZE ED) bathroom comprising of: walk-in shower , wash basin, WC and bidet, heated towel rail and shaver point.
In addition, each has its own living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen hall cupboard for coats, indoor and outdoor shoes, bags and suitcases. Each cottage is generously equipped with features that will make your holiday a relaxing one, such as TV with freeview, DVD player, CD player, hair dryer, Wi-Fi for access to the internet and of course central heating. In addition, linen and towels are provided by the owners. A washing machine and tumble dryer is also available if required, together with ironing board and iron provided in each cottage
Included in the warm welcome you will receive on arrival, you will find a homemade cake and flowers and a welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bread. The owners will be on hand to help with any queries that you might have throughout your stay.
Languages spoken by the owners include English, Italian and some French.
Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Bookings can be made by email, or telephone, confirmation will be forwarded on receipt of payment of one third of the rate if more than eight weeks before the start of the rental, balance of payment due 8 weeks before start of rental.
Non payment of the balance of the rent by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refundable.
For short breaks or booking made within 8 weeks of the rental time, the full amount is payable on booking..
CARE OF THE PROPERTY
The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning of the rental. We reserve the right to charge the client for any breakages or damages.

There is a riding school very close by.
Golf Course is also 2 miles away, day green fee for 18 holes 30.00p per person or 9 holes @ 15,00p.
Game of bridge can be arranged if required in a club or private.
The owners have two bicycles which can be used fully at clients risk, no liability by the owners for any loss, damage or accident.
There is a newsagent, convenience shop & Post Office in Dorrington only 1.4 miles away, and one in Condover which is 2 miles distance away.
