Upstairs - galleried landing leading to one twin bedroom with en-suite.

Disabled/Special Needs
We have been accommodating the less mobile guest and wheelchair users for over 15 years. Individual needs will be catered for wherever possible. Please feel you can discuss your requirements at the time of booking. Other specialised equipment can be hired by guests locally and arrangements made for it to be in your cottage ready for your arrival. Guide dogs ONLY by prior arrangement.

There are several local attactions nearby including Hawkstone Park Follies;an historic woodland fantasy with cliffs, crags, caves, deep woods and a series of extraordinary monuments built over 200 years ago.
Country Garden Plant Roses, Hadnall; growers of the finest roses in Shropshire, with a huge selection of named roses
Sleap Aerodrome; private flying lessons can be booked: a wonderful way to see Shropshire – from the air

Travelling north from the Shrewsbury area take the A528 to Ellesmere. Approx 5 miles, you come to Harmer Hill. Pass the Bridgwater Arms on the left, and take the right fork, the B5476 signposted to Wem. Newton Meadowws is 1/2 mile on the left. The cottage car park is to the front of the cottages on the right. Travelling South enter the town of Wem and follow the B5476 to Shrewsbury. Newton Meadows is situated on the right just as you enter Harmer Hill.
