All items for sale are half price and a gift wrap service is available.
Jenny Thomas, from Glansevern Gallery said: "We are delighted to be opening up in the Market Hall, particularly with such a varied stock for sale at such good prices. We hope to bring a festive look to the top floor of the market and really look forward to serving our new customers."
Kate Gittins, site facilities manager at the market added: “We are really pleased to be welcoming Glansevern Gallery to the market – it’s a name I’m sure many people will recognise and it’s a great opportunity to expand our offer for the festive period.”
Shrewsbury Market Hall is located under the town’s iconic clocktower and boasts a vibrant cacophony of eclectic stalls selling a range of goods from traditional fruit and vegetables, fish and meat to Middle Eastern delights, champagne and oysters, vintage wares, clothes, books, trinkets, handmade jewellery and more.
The market’s main trading days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with a select few stalls open on Thursday mornings.
