Led by TV chef, Marcus Bean (This Morning, Iron Chef), and his wife, Jenny, Brompton Cookery School is based on a National Trust property near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and offers a wide range of cooking classes for adults and children. The cookery school has a large, custom-built kitchen-classroom which caters for 16 budding chefs at a time. Due to high demand, the original cookers were in need of an upgrade - which is when British cooking appliance Stoves stepped in, providing the school with nine Stoves Sterling 900Ei range cookers in a modern stainless steel finish. The cookery school team chose these models as they provide plenty of cooking space across the three cavities and the induction hobs allow for safer, faster and greener stove-top cooking.

Alongside Marcus, other chefs and experts who teach at Brompton Cookery School include Robert Swift (a local artisan baker), David Parker (a professional chef with an expertise in Indian and Asian cuisine), Liz Knight (an expert forager) and Angelina Cupcakes (a baking and sugarcraft expert).
