The Excellence Award aims to shine a spotlight on the people who provide a remarkable service to group travel organisers. The ceremony was held in October at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole in front of 350 guests from across the travel trade.
Unfortunately Dilwyn did not win on this occasion, but he is delighted to be recognised for his contribution to the tourism industry. Mandy Hill from Dunwood Travel won the award, a company that brought over 15 groups to visit the Sabrina Boat and Shrewsbury during 2015.
