 in Shrewsbury Music fans will have the chance to see a popular Shrewsbury duo at the town’s indoor Market Hall this weekend.

Cooper and Davies will be appearing live at the Bird’s Nest Café as part of the venue’s Saturday matinee sessions on Saturday [8 SEPT].

The duo are back by popular demand and will be performing a mix of original material, and covers, between 12pm and 3pm.

Cooper and Davies CDs will also be available to purchase on the day.

Organiser, Josh Arrowsmith said: “Some weeks ago we had Cooper and Davies playing in the café and received we so much positive feedback we knew we had to get them back again soon. Everyone is welcome to attend for some great music, as well as the usual comfortable atmosphere and cheeky smiles.”

Shrewsbury Market Hall is located under the town’s iconic clocktower and boasts a vibrant cacophony of eclectic stalls selling a range of goods from traditional fruit  and vegetables, fish and meat to Middle Eastern delights, champagne and oysters, vintage wares, clothes, books, trinkets, handmade jewellery and more.

The market’s main trading days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with a select few stalls open on Thursday mornings.
