Some 144 tiles will be assembled to create a dramatic image of the world famous bridge. Each will carry a person’s name, etched on by the high powered laser cutter in Enginuity’s state-of-the-art Fab Lab design and manufacture facility.
At the end of the evening, light will be projected through the tiles creating an image of the Iron Bridge. This amazing light show will continue with projections of historic images of industry, along with photographs of the latest technological innovations, all accompanied by music and a fascinating voice over. The finished creation will be placed on permanent display at Enginuity.
The free family event, which runs from 5pm until 8pm on Saturday, 16th May, is also a great opportunity for everyone to experience the giant techno exhibits in Enginuity.
