New Development Chef Danny Silcock will be baking cakes for sale using ingredients from local producers and Smoke and Pickle, a tenant at the Food Enterprise Centre, will also be donating cakes.
People are encouraged to bake their favourite cakes, bring along the recipe and swap and share with others. There will be complimentary coffee donated by Aroma Tea and Coffee of Shrewsbury. Everyone is welcome and will be asked for a £5 donation which will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
The Local Food Store will also be open and people will be able to find out more about the local food, demonstrations and workshops available at the TASTE kitchen.
