Ye Olde Bucks Head Inn, makes for an Excellent choice when choosing a place to stay when visiting the medieval town of Shrewsbury. Situated in a part of the town that is quiet and yet within easy walking of the centre of the town. Ye Olde Bucks Head Inn provides comfortable rooms, good food and a selection of fine ales served in a traditional English pub.
All of the 10 rooms are en-suite and designed to put your comfort first with a high standard of furnishings along with quality beds, that provide that all important environment in which to relax whilst you are away from home - whether it's for business or pleasure. All rooms come with colour television, tea/coffee facilities and ironing facilities. None of the rooms are above the bar and all rooms are non-smoking.
As well as offering a traditional bar, restaurant, car parking and accommodation, we also offer a beer garden and sun deck area, making the perfect place to relax in the summer months.
We have a fully stocked bar, offering a good selection of real ale, lager, fine wine and whisky. We also offer a wide selection of meals as well as a selection of vegetarian dishes. Locally regarded as excellent value for money, the meals are all freshly prepared. Like many traditional inns all our meals area served in the bar, which can create a very lively atmosphere, especially at the weekends.
