The Lion and Pheasant is a historic boutique town house hotel with 22 bedroom suites. The restaurant is renowned for its high quality food, awarded 2AA rosettes, with delicious seasonal menus served in the ancient oak beamed restaurant, the crystal room and the inglenook bar.
Awarded AA two-rosette status, the lion + pheasant provides a range of dining choices to suit every occasion; the ground floor informal 'inglenook' bar, the split-level first floor restaurant, and Shrewsbury's most elegant private dining venue - the Georgian 'Crystal Room'. In addition, the hotel's sunny garden provides an al-fresco option during the summer months.

This includes a 4 course dinner selected from our a la carte menu and served in our restaurant, an overnight stay for two in the desired room and a full breakfast the following morning.
All rates based on double occupancy. Packages are available Sunday to Thursday. Packages not available during December. Weekend packages are available, please contact the hotel for availability and rates.
